PermaFlex 600

A superior performance, one component, portland cement-based tile setting mortar providing better adhesion for difficult to bond substrates and capable of bridging up to 1/8” (3 mm)cracks.

Uses:
For installation of:
  • Porcelain tile
  • Ceramic tile

  • Non-moisture sensitive natural stone*
  • Cement tile and pavers
  • High bottom lugged tile
  • Glass tile
*All natural stone should be tested to be sure discoloration does not occur.

For installation over:
  • Properly cured and finished concrete
  • Cured portland cement mortar
  • Cement backer unit (CBU)
  • Exterior grade plywood (interior floors only) - 19” (48 cm) on center (OC) max
  • ProSpec B-6000 Waterproof / Crack Isolation Membrane
  • Gypsum plaster or gypsum board (dry areas: wall only)
  • Properly prepared cutback
  • Properly prepared tile
  • Properly prepared VCT tile
  • Cork underlayment
  • Countertops
Note: Difficult to bond substrates like existing vinyl tile or cutback adhesive require extra preparation. Consult ProSpec’s Technical Services.
